Raymon Howington, Partner & Co-founder

Raymon has more than 15 years of sales & consulting experience with some of the biggest names in the software and services industry.  He has helped numerous organizations achieve the benefits of CRM and PRM including a Gartner Excellence Award Nomination for the implementation of CRM.

Raymon found early success from his implementation of the original ACT! Certified Consultant partner program.  Seeding the early incarnations of what was to become CRM he sold the very first ACT! for Windows license in 1992.
 
Raymon built one of the sales automation industry's first specialized consulting practices.  Beginning with just 3 employees he formed partnerships, acquired customers, and developed domain expertise to develop SSI into a nationally recognized leader providing CRM software and implementation services as well as receiving numerous awards for best partner of the year.
 
Most recently, Raymon was nominated Indirect Sales Person of the Year for a 1.2B business intelligence software company.  He received 5 consecutive annual top CRM sales awards from a leading CRM software company.  He has developed and instills excellent sales process and partner management best practices.  Raymon Co-Founded Sales PRM Consulting with the desire to develop extra-ordinary customer relationships.
 
Raymon is married and enjoys the lake life from his home on Joe Pool Lake in Dallas, Texas.  Raymon is an active volunteer for the Junior Achievement Association from which he owes its gratitude for the 2 college scholarships he was granted in 1987.



Rick Controy, Partner & Co-founder

Rick has 26 years of sales and sales management experience including building channels and direct sales organizations. He has sold and implemented CRM strategies for many Fortune 500 companies and has familiarity and experience with most of the leading CRM software products.  He has served on the faculty of CRM University and facilitated many workshops in CRM Best Practices. 

His latest venture was the founding of Red Clay Consulting, a CRM software and consulting organization based in Atlanta.  As COO and Vice President of Business Development, Rick steered the company through the 9/11 tragedy to achieve several successes for which they were awarded a CRM Best Partner Award and a Gartner Excellence Award Nomination.  

After selling his interest in Red Clay Consulting, Rick pursued his snow skiing passion collecting his 52nd individual ski resort trail map & coffee mug within a 5 year period.  Rick enjoys spending time at his 2 story lake house in Hiawassee, Georgia that he built with his own 2 hands.  He is a first degree martial arts black belt, avid snow skier, and counsels junior entrepreneurs on internet business startup trials, tribulations, and joy.

Ernie's distinguished 20+ year career is highlighted by achievements in the strategic planning, marketing, sales, and support of advanced technology solutions. Accomplished in driving sales via multiple channels, including direct, value-added reseller, and global service providers. Ernie spearheaded channel sales initiatives that contributed to a network appliance company's 214% year-over-yer increase in revenues and winner of a Best VAR Channel Strategy at Gartner IT Channel Vision.
 
Ernie launched and sold a Siebel consulting firm in 2002 with $2+ million averages quarterly revenues and account list including Cingular, BellSouth, Mirant, and McKesson.  As Senior Vice President of IT at Sun Trust, Ernie executed the largest Salesforce.com deployment in the company's history.  An expert of experts according to a Salesforce.com product manager.  Ernie has been involved with Salesforce.com technology since inception.  He has delivered more the 40 succesful Salesforce.com projects.  
 
One of Ernie's greatest attributes is that he is able to leverage his extensive knowledge of technology and business engineering to articulate a strong value proposition for products and services.  Perhaps his financial service experience at Paine Webber or his advisory services at KPMG gives him to ability to link technology with business performance.
 
Ernie is tenacious at doing what-it-takes to get the job done. Maintaining the highest degree of honesty and integrity in an entrepreneurial spirit.
 
On the fun side, Ernie likes to ride his Harley Davidson when not spending time with his family in Atlanta, GA.
